The Truth About the Global March to Jerusalem

Unless you look deeper into the essence of the ‘Global March to Jerusalem,’ you won’t actually see the truth behind it. The organizers are a master of deceptive rhetoric and the media are quick to broadcast them. But contrary to their claim, the Global March is not a peaceful movement aimed at peaceful result but rather an act of invading Jerusalem and Israel with the end purpose of freeing Jerusalem from who they claim are illegal occupants of the Land of Palestine- the Jews. Before going to the issue of the ‘Global March, I would like to make clear that Israel is the Land of Israel, not the Land of Palestine. There had never been a country in all history that was called Palestine nor were there Palestinian people with a distinct culture and language to qualify them as legitimate nationals/citizens of one particular nation. I do not wish to go further into the issue of Palestine and its identity as it is not the concern of this article. But a good and thorough discussion of how the Land of Israel came to be called Palestine, and how the present Palestinians evolved and embraced such identity can be read from the following links:

To understand the essence of the Global March, it is important to see who the organizers are. Quoting the CiF Watch, the following are the key people behind the movement: (See story here: http://cifwatch.com/2012/03/18/fact-sheet-global-march-to-jerusalem-gmj-march-30-2012/)

The organizers of GMJ are made up of members of Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, far-left extremist groups and are backed by the Iranian government. Senior organizers include:

  • Ahmed Abo Halabiya, a Hamas MP who in 2000 gave a sermon saying “Have no mercy on the Jews, no matter where they are, in any country. Fight them, wherever you are. Wherever you meet them, kill them.”
  • Zaher Birawi, a prominent Hamas activist in the UK and senior member of the Muslim Brotherhood linked Palestinian Return Center.
  • Abdul Maqri, head of the Algerian delegation aboard the Mavi Marmara who in 2010 said “all our blood is Palestine” and declared that “Israel will be annihilated soon”.

Advisory board members include George Galloway, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Mairead McGuire, Mahathir Mohammed and Sheikh Raed Salah.

See from the news at Haaretz (http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/organizers-fear-palestinian-land-day-protests-could-turn-violent-1.421134), how deceptive and hypocritical these people are, sending out a message that they are actually concerned that the demonstrations could turn violent. What country would not do anything to protect itself from outside threats against its sovereignty? The march movement is obviously a grave threat to the sovereignty of Israel. The organizers are neither innocent nor ignorant of what they are doing and what they want to achieve. The organizers who belong to different terrorist and extremist groups, though having different positions on issues of power and dominance, have one common goal when it comes to the Jewish State of Israel- to annihilate and wipe them off the map. The question is, could this people really wipe Israel off the map and replace it with their own?

Since this blog is prophetic and Biblical, hence, the conclusion will always be based on the Scriptures which bear witness to the legitimacy of the Jewish State of Israel with Jerusalem as its undivided capital. From Psalm 137:5-6, the Lord declares:

If I forget you, Yerushalayim, may My right hand wither away! May My tongue stick to the roof of My mouth. If I fail to remember you, if I fail to count Yerushalayim the greatest of all my joys.

If God forgets Jerusalem, which unfortunately, He does not, only then will they be able to destroy the land and the people whom He chose. And speaking of those He has chosen, this morning around 6 o’clock, this was the word that woke me up: They will arise whom the Lord has chosen.”

Update: Global March to Jerusalem, Futile!

In my earlier post about the ‘March to Jerusalem,’ I mentioned that the Lord declared the march FUTILE. If  you read the news across the net, the march seems to go as planned and intended. (Links to the news are provided at the end of this article). But again, the Lord reiterated His message that it will come to naught and gave me the following words to confirm it:

Zechariah 12:1-3

A Prophecy, the word of Adonai concerning Israel– here is the message from Adonai, who stretched out the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth and formed the spirit inside human beings:

“I will make Yerushalayim a cup that will stagger the surrounding peoples. Even Y’huda will be caught up in the siege against Yerushalayim. When that day comes, I will make Yerushalayim a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who try to lift it will hurt themselves, and all the earth’s nations will be massed against her.”

When I heard this message from the Lord, “It is futile, the march is futile,” I asked Him to confirm it with His word from the Scriptures. When I opened my Bible, my eyes immediately saw Psalm 33:10 which says: “Adonai brings to nothing the plans of nations, He foils the plans of the peoples.

The global march on March 30 is not the first time.  Quoting Arutz Sheva’s news on February 24, 2012, it says in part that:

“An attempt is being made by the BDS movement to have a ‘Global March to Jerusalem’ on March 30, to coincide with the so-called “Palestinian Land Day,” in a repeat of the failed Naqba Day attempt last year.”

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/153088#.T3ICttmf29s

The failure of the Naqba Day was not a coincidence. The ‘Global March to Jerusalem’ will meet the same fate for it is an act of rebellion, not against the nation of Israel, but against the Sovereign God who owns Jerusalem and the nation of Israel. The words in Zechariah 12 quoted above which says “When that day comes…” may not necessarily point to the planned ‘Global March’ on March 30 as there may yet be many attempts of similar activities and the prophesied gathering of nations to invade Jerusalem still lies in the near future; the message, however, is a reminder that the Lord intends to do what He has determined to do for Israel and Jerusalem; and it is a warning to those who are planning to go against His expressed will and purpose.

God’s plan and purpose for Israel are spelled throughout the Scriptures. The following are just a few of the many words He made about Israel:

Isaiah 60:1-3; 10-12; 15-16

Arise, shine (Yerushalayim), for your light has come, the glory of Adonai has risen over you. For although darkness covers the earth and thick darkness the peoples; on you Adonai will rise; over you will be seen His glory. Nations will go toward your light and kings toward your shining splendor.

Foreigners will rebuild your walls, their kings will be at your service; for in my anger I struck you, but in my mercy I pity you. Your gates will always be open, they will not be shut day or night, so that people can bring you the wealth of nations, with their kings led in procession. For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you will perish; yes, those nations will be utterly destroyed.

The glory  of L’vanon will come to you, cypresses together with elm trees and larches, to beautify the site of my sanctuary– I will glorify the place where I stand. The children of your oppressors will come and bow low before you, all who despised you will fall at your feet, calling you the city of Adonai, Tziyon of the Holy One of Isra’el.

In the past you were abandoned and hated, so that no one would even pass through you; but now I will make you the pride of the ages, a joy for many generations. You will drink the milk of nations, you will nurse at royal breasts and know that I, Adonai, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Ya’akov.

Joel 3:1-2; 14-16

“For then, at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Y’huda and Yerushalayim, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Y’hoshafat (Adonai judges). I will enter into judgment there for my people, my heritage Isra’el, whom they scattered among the nations; then they divided my land.

Such enormous crowds in the Valley of Decision! for the day of Adonai is upon us in the Valley of Decision! The sun and moon have grown black, and the stars have stopped shining. Adonai will roar from Tziyon, He will thunder from Yerushalayim, the sky and the earth will shake.

But Adonai will be a refuge for His people, a stronghold for the people of Isra’el. “You will know that I am Adonai, your God, living on Tziyon my holy mountain.”

Then Yerushalayim will be holy, and foreigners will pass through her no more.

For all the watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, hear what the Lord says in Isaiah 62:6-7,

“I have posted watchmen on your walls, Yerushalayim; they will never fall silent, neither by day nor by night. You who call on Adonai, give yourselves no rest; and give Him no rest till he restores Yerushalayim and makes it a praise on earth.”

Yesterday, March 23, around 3:00 in the morning the Lord woke me up with the message ‘March to Jerusalem’ and ‘Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions’. As a watchman for Israel, this is a call to pray against the ‘Global March to Jerusalem’ organized by the BDS movement which is  scheduled  on March 30, a few days from today.

From the archives of Arutz Sheva, this news on February 24, 2012, describes what this ‘March to Jerusalem’ movement is all about, which full story is found in this link:

March to Jerusalem to Amass 1 Million Arabs to Boarder

An attempt is being made by the BDS movement to have a ‘Global March to Jerusalem’ on March 30, to coincide with the so-called “Palestinian Land Day,” in a repeat of the failed Naqba Day attempt last year.

“The concept behind it is to have a million people marching on Israel’s borders from all the surrounding countries – Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt,” CiF Watch reported.

The BDS movement declares, “Commemorating Land Day, the Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC) invites people of conscience around the world to unite for a BDS Global Day of Action on 30 March 2012 in solidarity with the Palestinian people’s struggle for freedom, justice and equality and for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel.”

The project’s official website says:

“The march will confirm that the policies and practices of the racist Zionist state of Israel against Jerusalem and its people are a crime not only against Palestinians but against all humanity.”

What is Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Campaign?

Source: Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boycott,_Divestment_and_Sanctions)

Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) refers to the campaign started on 9 July 2005 by 171 Palestinian non-governmental organizations in support of the Palestinian cause for Boycott, Divestment and International sanctions against Israel.

According to their website, the BDS campaign claims to support the Palestinian cause because Israel “was not complying with International Law and Universal Principles of Human Rights.”[2]

Particularly it has stated three main goals:

  1. Freeing all Palestinian territories from Israeli influence since 1967 and dismantling the Israeli West Bank barrier;
  2. Acting towards the rights of the Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel; and
  3. Promoting the interests of Palestinian refugees in reference to the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 194 of 1948.

DEBKAfile, March 23 news which full story is found here, http://www.debka.com/article/21856/, says that Tehran forces Iranian Jews to join anti-Israel Global March. Here’s the excerpt:

Iran’s ancient Jewish community of around 15,000 souls (9,000 in Tehran, 4,000 in Shiraz and 1,300 in Isfahan) has been living in fear of reprisals should Israel or the United States carry out a military operation against the country’s nuclear facilities.  Now, they face a fresh danger of murder and abduction by Hizballah and Palestinian gunmen and terrorists in Lebanon.

Jewish communal leaders were instructed by the Iranian authorities this week to have at least 10 young men aged 18 to 22 ready for the march. They were to be given “the honor” of acting as vanguard for breaking through the Lebanese-Israeli border fence and leading a mass incursion across the border.

They suspect that this ploy is meant to prevent Israeli soldiers from firing on the trespassers for fear of killing the Jewish contingent, while at the same time, exposing them to violence when the event is over at the hands of al-Qaeda linked Palestinian groups under Hizballah protection.

FUTILE, THE ‘MARCH TO JERUSALEM’ IS FUTILE!

Last night around 10:15pm, I awoke to the word ‘FUTILE’ while perceiving at the same time the ‘Global March to Jerusalem.’ Then I heard in my spirit the spontaneous message, “Futile, the march is futile. I AM He who established Jerusalem, they cannot move it.” Then a few seconds more and I heard, “The nations are raging against Me.”

Praise God, He has decided against the movement and declared it futile. I prayed after hearing the message, that the Lord would confirm it by His word in the Scriptures and He did. In my reading this morning, the verses that I opened to are the following:

Psalms 33:10-17

“Adonai brings to nothing the plans of nations, He foils the plans of the peoples. But the counsel of Adonai stands forever, His heart’s plans are for all generations. How blessed is the nation whose God is Adonai, the people He chose as His heritage!

Adonai looks out from heaven; He sees every human being; from the place where He lives He watches everyone living on earth, He who fashioned the hearts of them all and understands all they do.

A king is not saved by the size of his army, a strong man not delivered by his great strength. To rely on a horse for safety is vain, nor does its great power assure escape.”

On February 25 early dawn, I heard in my spirit that “The Lord is not sitting down till He establishes Jerusalem and make it the praise of the earth,” simultaneously seeing Him standing, looking down upon the earth.

PRAYER FROM PSALM 83

A song, A Psalm of Asaph

God, don’t remain silent! Don’t stay quiet, God, or still; because here are your enemies, causing an uproar; those who hate you are raising their heads, craftily conspiring against your people, consulting together against those You treasure.

They say, “Come, let’s wipe them out as a nation; let the name of Israel be remembered no more!” With one mind they plot their schemes; the covenant they have made is against you— the tents of Edom and Yishma’elim, Mo’av and Hagrim, G’val, Amon and Amalek, P’leshet with those living in Tzor; Ashur too is allied with them, to reinforce the descendants of Lot.

Do to them as you did to Midyan, to Sisra and Yavin at Vadi Kishon—they were destroyed at Ein-Dor and became manure for the ground. Make their leaders like Orev and Ze’ev, all their princes like Zevach and Tzalmuna, who said, “Let’s take possession of God’s meadows for ourselves.”

May God, make them like whirling dust, like chaff driven by the wind. Like fire burning up the forest, like a flame that sets the mountains ablaze, drive them away with Your storm, terrify them with Your tempest. Fill their faces with shame, so that they will seek Your name, Adonai. Let them be ashamed and fearful forever; yes, let them perish in disgrace. Let them know that You alone, whose name is Adonai, are the most high over all the earth.

In the name of Yeshua HaMashiach,

Cynthia
